I wake up and think what shall I write about today?

Shall I write about the struggles of growing up in London?

Shall I write about why I love going to the gym?

Shall I speak about my homeland Bangladesh?

There are so many topics in my head, and I can’t wait to share them all with you.

I have always enjoyed the beauty of writing. You can write books, fiction and non-fiction, poems, letters, and more. It is a way that you can put your thoughts down, organise yourself, become a storyteller, be creative.

I loved English GCSE. I remember my teacher so well, Ms. Walker! She was so lovely and I remember telling her about me writing my own book and she was supportive and guided me. I realised I liked writing everything down; from my tasks to expressing my emotions.

Since writing for Medium, I have received a lot of great feedback. Specifically about how my posts can relate to people and how they could never write and publish their struggles. The reason I started to write on Medium was to provide a place for people to feel comfort in my writing and realise that there are people out there that understand them.
