I have been working out consistently for 5 years now. I would say longer but I don’t think me going to the gym not knowing what I’m doing counts. Over these 5 years, I have learnt a lot of new things at the gym, what works, what’s just bullshit, and the most important thing is I have learnt about my body and myself.
For the past few weeks, I have been considering taking my fitness to the next level by becoming a PT. But that’s not going to happen for several reasons. The time it will take me to complete the PT course and market myself does not align with my life plans, unfortunately. And with that being said, I have decided to share my knowledge through writing.

Before I get into my 6-day gym split, I want to assure readers that this 6-day split is based on my personal goals. I see a lot of Instagram fitness influencers pushing a certain narrative to do x y and z to get smaller arms, smaller waists, etc. One thing I’m here to tell you is that don’t let anybody push their goal on you.
