Are Coding Bootcamps worth it?

Transitioning or developing your career can be very difficult. There are different paths you can take, from going to University, taking courses online, or teaching yourself. Particularly in the tech world, there has been a rise in Coding bootcamps, to help young people and current professionals to develop and improve their current skills. However, some are still very hesitant to undergo bootcamps, whereas some believe it saved them from going back to University.
The traditional path to a career in technology involves going to College or University to earn a degree that takes up to 3–4 years. Expensive tuition fees and course duration is the main cause of hesitant University applicants, or it’s simply just old-fashioned. This is where coding bootcamps have been helping fill in the tech employment gap.
What is a Coding Bootcamp?
Coding bootcamps are short, intense training programs that help people develop or improve skills in domains such as Software Design, Data Science, Web/Mobile App Development, and Cyber Security. Although they are typically aimed at professionals in the Tech field who wish to improve their current technical skills or switch careers, it has also attracted participants who have no coding experience whatsoever.
